Instructions
  1. Preheat 12 inch dutch oven to 350 degrees, sitting on coals.
  2. Cook chops about 6 minutes on each side.
  3. Place chops on a plate and cover.
  4. Pour grease from dutch oven.
  5. Saute bacon, onion, and garlic in dutch oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix soy sauce, honey, chili, and curry in a bowl, then stir into dutch oven.
  7. Place chops back in dutch oven, coating them with sauce.
  8. Place oven on a ring of coals, put lid on dutch oven, cover with coals, and cook 20 minutes.
