Mexican stew

This is a great campfire meal. Easy to prepare and it goes great with homemade flour tortillas.

Instructions
  1. Season meat with chipotle seasoning and garlic salt and let sit, covered, until it comes to room temperature.
  2. Brown the meat in a black iron skillet. You could use vegetable oil, but for a little extra kick try chili oil.
  3. Add salsa and red wine.
  4. Simmer until most of the moisture has evaporated (about 30 to 45 minutes).
  5. Serve with rice
